About Tryintolivehere

My name is David. I have lived in Greenville, SC since May of 2001 when I begin what has become a fourteen year relationship with my husband and friend, Mark. We will celebrate our fourteenth year on March 31, 2015.  We were married in NYC on July 18, 2013.  We are the proud caretakers of a sweet toy poodle, Zander.

I am a confirmed Buddhist and practice the Buddhist path.  However, my path is open to other viewpoints and religious teachings.  I enjoy reading The Tao Te Ching, and other eastern religious text.  Much of my writing is written from that perspective.

I hope you enjoy my blog. It is not much, but it is my space where I get to write, a budding passion, about topics and thoughts that interest me, and hopefully you.
